Summary
This study aims to understand how much energy healthy people in China use each day. Researchers will measure 240 healthy children and adults using advanced techniques, including a special water test, to track their energy expenditure. The goal is to gather accurate data to help create better national nutrition and health guidelines to address rising obesity rates.
