Summary
This study compares two methods of using radiofrequency to treat chronic neck pain caused by arthritis in the small joints of the neck. About 72 adults with moderate to severe neck pain for at least 3 months will be randomly assigned to one of two needle techniques. The goal is to see which approach provides better and longer-lasting pain relief.
