Summary

This early-stage trial tests a gel form of the drug endoxifen on the breast skin of 32 women scheduled for mastectomy. The goal is to see if the gel is safe and can reduce breast cancer risk. Participants apply the gel or a placebo daily for up to 4 weeks before surgery, and researchers check for skin reactions and measure drug levels in tissue and blood.
