Summary

This study looks at using a tube-like device placed through blood vessels (endovascular therapy) to treat bulging or tearing of the main artery in the chest and belly. It includes 170 people who are too high-risk for traditional open surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can prevent death, stroke, and other serious problems.
