New Stomach-Stitching procedure tested as alternative to Weight-Loss surgery

Summary
This study aims to gather real-world evidence on Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG), a non-surgical procedure that reduces stomach size to help with weight loss. It will follow 300 adults with obesity in France who haven't had success with diet/exercise and are not opting for traditional surgery. The main goal is to see how much weight people lose over two years, track safety, and measure improvements in related health problems like diabetes.
