First seen May 20, 2026 ยท Last updated May 20, 2026

Summary

This study compares two surgical methods for removing non-cancerous parotid gland tumors: a newer, minimally invasive endoscopic technique and the standard open surgery. Researchers will evaluate safety, facial nerve function, complications, and cosmetic results in 46 adult patients with small tumors. The goal is to see if the endoscopic approach offers advantages like better scarring and recovery.
