NCT ID NCT07482826

First seen Apr 03, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study compares two types of keyhole spine surgery for middle-aged and older adults (50-75 years) with lumbar spinal stenosis, a condition that causes leg pain and trouble walking. One surgery just takes pressure off the nerves, while the other also fuses the bones together. The goal is to see which approach provides better pain relief and daily function with fewer risks.
