Doctors test two ways to fix baby skulls
NCT ID NCT04721769
Summary
This study aimed to compare two versions of a minimally invasive surgery used to reshape the skulls of babies under 6 months old with a condition where a skull bone fuses too early. The main goal was to see if one technique led to better head shape or fewer complications than the other. The trial was terminated early after enrolling only 6 participants.
