Summary

This study is testing whether a new drug called vipoglanstat can safely reduce the chronic pelvic pain experienced by people with endometriosis. It will involve about 190 premenopausal women with moderate to severe pain. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the study drug or a placebo for four months to compare pain relief and side effects.
