Scientists hunt for clue to explain Endometriosis-Linked infertility
NCT ID NCT05815134
Summary
This study aimed to understand why endometriosis can make it harder to get pregnant, even with IVF. Researchers measured a specific marker of cell damage in the blood and ovarian fluid of 114 women undergoing IVF. They compared levels between women with endometriosis and those with other causes of infertility to see if the marker was linked to egg quality and pregnancy success.
