NCT ID NCT07119060
Summary
This study aims to find which of three surgical treatments helps women with endometriomas (painful ovarian cysts) have the best chance of getting pregnant. Researchers will randomly assign 332 women to receive either cyst removal, plasma vaporization, or sclerotherapy. They will then track pregnancy rates, cyst recurrence, and pain levels for two years after surgery to see which approach works best.
