First seen Mar 29, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study compares three surgical methods—cystectomy, plasma vaporization, and sclerotherapy—for treating endometriomas (ovarian cysts from endometriosis) in women aged 18-43 who want to get pregnant. About 332 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the surgeries and followed for 24 months to see which approach leads to the highest pregnancy and birth rates, while also tracking cyst recurrence, complications, and pain changes.
