First seen Jan 25, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study explores how natural contractions of the uterus (called endometrial peristalsis) influence pregnancy rates in frozen embryo transfer. Researchers will track 356 women aged 18-42 to see if different hormone preparation protocols change these contractions and affect embryo implantation. The goal is to find the best way to prepare the womb for a successful pregnancy.
