Scientists test custom drug cocktails to fight returning uterine cancer

Summary
This study is testing whether matching drug combinations to a patient's specific tumor genetics can better control recurrent endometrial cancer. It will enroll about 148 women whose cancer has returned after initial treatment. Doctors will analyze each tumor's genetic profile and assign patients to receive a targeted drug, with or without an immunotherapy drug called atezolizumab.
