Summary

This study compares two ways of checking lymph nodes during hysterectomy for early-stage endometrial cancer. One method removes many lymph nodes (standard care), while the other uses a dye to find and remove only key 'sentinel' nodes. The main goal is to see if the sentinel node method lowers the risk of patients developing painful, long-term swelling in their legs (lymphedema).
