Summary

This study is testing the safety of a two-part treatment for people in Spain with advanced or returning endometrial cancer. About 85 patients will first receive an immunotherapy drug with standard chemotherapy, followed by a maintenance phase with the immunotherapy plus a different targeted drug. The main goal is to see how safe this combination is while also checking if it helps control the cancer for longer.
