Cancer surgery showdown: which lymph node method works best?

NCT ID NCT06677112

Summary

This study aims to determine the best surgical approach for evaluating lymph nodes during endometrial cancer surgery. Researchers will compare two methods—selective surgical staging versus reflex lymphadenectomy—in 625 women with early-stage endometrial cancer. The goal is to see which approach leads to better long-term outcomes and lower cancer recurrence rates.
