Summary
This study tested whether combining two existing drugs, fulvestrant and abemaciclib, could help control advanced endometrial cancer that had returned or persisted after other treatments. The trial involved 28 postmenopausal women whose cancer was fueled by hormones. Researchers measured how well the tumors shrank and monitored side effects to see if this combination was safe and effective.
