First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 17 times
Summary
This study compares a new, less invasive method (using a needle through the skin) with traditional surgery to create blood vessels for dialysis. The goal is to see if it's possible to run a larger trial that recruits and keeps enough patients. 21 adults who need a dialysis blood vessel will take part, and researchers will check how well the vessels mature and work.
