Summary
This study tests a special technique called the chimney graft for treating abdominal aortic aneurysms that have a short neck, making standard surgery risky. About 150 adults will receive this procedure using Medtronic's Endurant stent grafts. The goal is to see if the technique is safe and works well in real-world settings, focusing on preventing major complications and the need for further procedures.
