Summary

This study is testing a drug called enasidenib in children and young adults with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has come back or not responded to standard chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe for children and how their bodies process it. The drug works by targeting a specific genetic change found in the cancer cells of these patients.
