First seen Apr 28, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding enarodustat to standard cyclosporine treatment helps people with newly diagnosed transfusion-dependent non-severe aplastic anemia. About 90 adults who cannot have a stem cell transplant will receive either the combo or cyclosporine alone. The goal is to see if the combination improves blood counts and reduces the need for red blood cell transfusions.
