Summary
This study tested a new mouthwash that repairs enamel and fights bacteria, comparing it to a standard chlorhexidine mouthwash. Both were used along with deep cleaning to treat gum disease in 40 adults with mild to moderate gum disease. The goal was to see which mouthwash works better at reducing gum pocket depth and bleeding.
