Summary

This study tests a 12-week program called ENACT that combines hearing exercises with memory training for people with mild cognitive impairment and hearing loss. Researchers want to see if this approach improves thinking, hearing, and quality of life. The program includes counseling, group training, and family involvement. About 62 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or usual care.
