Summary

This study tests whether the Emsella chair, which uses electromagnetic energy, can help people with overactive bladder. Participants will receive either real or sham treatments twice a week for four weeks. The goal is to see if the chair reduces urgency, frequency, and leakage. Adults 18 and older with bladder symptoms for at least 3 months who haven't improved with other treatments may join.
