Summary
This study looked at whether motivational interviewing, a counseling style that helps people set and reach their own goals, can increase satisfaction in patients who had knee replacement surgery. About 149 people took part. The goal was to see if this extra support could help the 10% of patients who are still unhappy after surgery.
