Summary

This study aims to create a patient empowerment program for 30 veterans with spinal cord injury or disease and neurogenic bladder who have had at least one urinary tract infection in the past year. The program gives them tools to discuss bladder symptoms with their doctors and avoid antibiotics when they are not needed. The goal is to reduce unnecessary antibiotic use and improve quality of life.
