One session to ease surgery pain: new study tests quick relief

Summary
This study tests a single-session program called Empowered Relief (ER) to see if it reduces pain and improves recovery after elective orthopedic surgery compared to standard care. About 134 adults with chronic pain related to their surgery will take part. The goal is to find a simple, effective way to manage pain without relying only on medication.
