New online program aims to ease depression in seniors with mobility issues

Summary
This study tests an internet-based therapy program called Empower@Home for older adults (50+) who have depression and trouble walking. 64 participants will be randomly assigned to either the online therapy or enhanced usual care. The goal is to see if the program reduces depressive symptoms and improves social engagement.
