Summary

This study aims to see if training maternity nurses in empathy skills improves how they communicate with women during childbirth and how cared-for those women feel. It will involve 45 nurses receiving training and 120 birthing mothers providing feedback. Researchers will measure changes in nurses' empathy and mothers' satisfaction before and after the training.
