Summary
This pilot study tests whether the diabetes drug empagliflozin is safe and tolerable for overweight or obese adults with cystic fibrosis-related diabetes (CFRD). Eight participants will receive either the drug or a placebo, then switch after a break. The goal is to gather early data to plan a larger future trial.
