Summary
This study looked at how the body absorbs empagliflozin, a diabetes medication, when taken as a whole tablet or dissolved in water and mixed with food. Fourteen healthy adults participated in this crossover trial. The goal was to see if taking the pill dissolved in water changes how much medicine gets into the bloodstream.
