Can naming your feelings help you beat Cancer's emotional toll?

NCT ID NCT07200388

Summary

This study aims to understand how being able to identify and describe specific emotions helps young and middle-aged colorectal cancer survivors build resilience and cope after treatment. Researchers will survey about 236 survivors and conduct in-depth interviews with a smaller group to learn about their emotional challenges and needs. This is an observational study to gather information for designing future support programs, not a treatment trial.
