Summary

This study tests whether an online program that teaches positive emotion skills can improve mental well-being and slow biological aging. Researchers will measure changes in mood, purpose, and biological age markers in 80 adults aged 40-70 living in the Chicago area. The program is self-guided and accessible from home.
