Summary
This study looked at the emotional well-being of healthcare workers treating COVID-19 patients at two French hospitals. 78 staff members completed questionnaires about anxiety, depression, resilience, and empathy at different times during the pandemic. The goal was to understand how the intense workload and stress affected their mental health, not to test a treatment.
