First seen Feb 04, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tested whether a moisturizer containing postbiotics (beneficial yeast and bacteria) can lower the chance of eczema returning in children aged 0-6 years whose skin had cleared up. 98 children used either the special moisturizer or a regular one. The goal was to see if the special moisturizer reduced flare-ups better than standard care.
