Summary

This study looked at how women with multiple sclerosis (MS) feel about and respond to exercise at different times of their menstrual cycle. Fifteen women with MS and fifteen without did high-intensity interval training and strength training sessions. Researchers measured satisfaction, fatigue, and other health markers to see if the menstrual cycle phase changes how exercise affects them.
