First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether a device that reads muscle signals can help stroke survivors with severe arm weakness improve their arm movement during early rehabilitation. Ten veterans who had a stroke within the past 2 days to 6 months will use the device alongside standard therapy. The goal is to see if this approach can boost recovery and help them perform daily tasks more independently.
