First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated May 10, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tested whether a device that reads muscle signals can help stroke survivors with severe arm weakness improve their movement during early rehabilitation. Three veterans who had a stroke within the past 6 months used the device alongside standard care. The goal was to see if this approach could boost recovery and help them perform daily tasks more independently.
