Summary
This study tests a combination of techniques to make emergency breathing tube insertion safer for adults in life-threatening situations. The strategy includes using a muscle relaxant, giving oxygen through a mask before the procedure, and using a special guide for the tube. Researchers will compare complication rates in 1,500 patients to see if this approach reduces serious problems like low blood pressure or low oxygen.
