Summary
This study is testing if showing a short video about future medical care planning to patients in the emergency room makes a difference. It involves 900 people aged 65+ or those over 50 with a serious illness. The goal is to see if the video helps patients have better conversations and get their care preferences officially recorded in their medical chart.
