Summary
This study aims to evaluate a new phone-based healthcare access service in Le Havre, France. It will compare the new system, which quickly directs callers to appropriate non-emergency care, to the old standard system. Researchers want to see if the new approach reduces unnecessary emergency room visits and improves how patients get the right care faster.
