Summary

This study tests a new three-part strategy to make placing emergency breathing tubes safer for critically ill adults. It combines a specific muscle relaxant, brief assisted breathing before tube placement, and a special guiding tool. The goal is to reduce serious complications like low oxygen, low blood pressure, or heart problems that can happen during this high-risk procedure.
