Summary
This study tests a procedure called TEMMA, where tiny coils are placed in an artery in the head to reduce migraine attacks. It includes 25 adults aged 18-60 who have frequent migraines (8+ days per month) and have not found relief from at least two preventive medications. The goal is to see if the procedure safely lowers the number of headache days over 12 months.
