Exercise may shield hearts during breast cancer treatment

Summary
This study looks at whether exercise can prevent heart damage in breast cancer patients receiving a type of chemotherapy called anthracycline. About 70 women will take part, and researchers will use heart scans and blood tests to check for early signs of heart problems. The goal is to find out if exercise can stop the heart from weakening before it starts.
