Summary
This study tests a new drug called EMB-01 in people with advanced colorectal cancer that has come back or spread. The goal is to see if different dosing schedules can shrink tumors and how safe the drug is. About 54 adults will take part, and they will be assigned to receive EMB-01 either once a week or once a week for 6 weeks then every two weeks.
