New drug duo targets Tough-to-Treat myeloma

Summary
This early-stage study tests two drugs—elranatamab (a shot under the skin) and iberdomide (a pill)—in people whose multiple myeloma has returned or stopped responding to treatment. The goal is to find a safe dose and see how well the combination works. About 87 adults with myeloma will take part, receiving the drugs in 28-day cycles until their disease gets worse or side effects become too much.
