Summary
This study tests an experimental immunotherapy called ELI-002 7P in people with pancreatic or other solid tumors that have certain KRAS or NRAS gene mutations. The treatment aims to help the immune system fight cancer cells. The trial involves about 158 participants and is in early phases to check safety and whether it can delay cancer return after standard treatments.
