Summary
This study is testing whether a drug called ELGN-2112 can help premature babies with intestinal malabsorption, a condition where their gut struggles to absorb nutrients. It will involve 360 infants born between 26 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. The main goal is to see if the treatment helps babies reach full feeding through their stomachs faster than a placebo.
