Pacemaker tweak may ease heart amyloidosis symptoms

Summary

This study is testing whether increasing the heart rate using a pacemaker can improve heart failure symptoms and exercise ability in people with cardiac amyloidosis. Ten adults who already have a pacemaker will take part. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms and heart-related events.
